Seeking a PT for PRN status to cover some of our communities in the Lititz and Lancaster areas.

Some of our communities this position can cover are CCRC's (Continous Care Retirement Communities):

Landis Homes, Lititz, PA

United Zion, Lititz, PA

Brethren Village, Lancaster

Fairmount Homes, Ephrata

Garden Spot Village, New Holland

Responsibilities
As a
PRN Physical Therapist (PT)
, you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
• Nethealth Experience
