Summary (Horry & Georgetown Zone Working Supervisor)

This is a evening hours from 530PM to 10PM (Depending on Daily Tasks) hours can vary but would fall in that range….. Days would be during the week M~F.

• The hired individual will be able to cover call-outs, train new hires, Conduct Inspections, Fulfill Supply Requests/Refills, and perform other duties within this framework as assigned by ownership.
• Please note we cover ALL of Horry County and Georgetown County, so that starts in Marion, SC, to Georgetown, SC.... (No you will not travel that distance daily but please advise of our service area.)
• You must have transportation and not rely on others to drive you, and you must be comfortable using GPS and adjusting to changes at the last minute.
• YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AND ACT IN A CLEANER ROLE IF CALL OUTS OCCUR

Pay is $300.00 twice per month on the 5th and 20th of each month via Direct Deposit and you will have a Fuel Card for weekly allowance of gas.

Additonal Compenstion will be discussed for different situations that can occur on random occasions.

This is a 1099 Contractor Status

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Implement cleaning schedules for various facilities.
• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Cover Buildings for Call Outs, Vacations, and Staff Changes.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning and tasks
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
