Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing a friendly and helpful experience.
• Operate the Toast POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Prepare and handle food items according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, following established recipes and procedures.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging
• from 40° F to -10° F
• Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
• Must have a current auto insurance policy and clean DMV record, if to be
• scheduled for 'off site' sales
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast, is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
