Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, for a Level 2/3 Manufacturing Process Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, developing and implementing efficient engineering solutions, and improving overall operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production workflows, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating and improving mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality control measures.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in Process Engineering and Analytical Skills for evaluating and refining production workflows
• Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practical applications
• Proven experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is advantageous
