Job Description
The Business Development and Marketing Representative will maintain established business relationships, identify and develop new business opportunities within designated verticals. The role will develop / implement effective marketing strategies and deliver our core values to all customers. The right candidate will have a dynamic blend of strategic planning, relationship building, and opportunity seeking attributes. The candidate must be a proactive professional who shows initiative by anticipating client needs before they are voiced. In addition, this role will work cross functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders to achieve the duties and responsibilities outlined below.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Brand Development
o Manage brand presence in assigned territory.
o Adheres to brand standards within marketing campaigns.
• Revenue & Financial Stewardship
o Meets established quarterly and annual sales goals through prospecting new and expanding existing accounts.
o Adheres to established marketing budgets and allowances.
o Properly tracks and records all expenses in CRM system.
• Event Engagement & Community Influence
o Identify and coordinate company engagement events which promote Paul Davis Restoration brand and services.
o Maintains relationships with nonprofits, charities, and associations to create influence and develop new business leads.
• Prospect Mapping & Engagement
o Identify new business opportunities, leads, and prospects.
o Builds and execute engagement strategies to win new business partnerships.
o Maintains regular engagement to strengthen client relationships.
• Data Management
o Enters all companies, contacts, and jobs into CRM system.
o Maintains and audits data in CRM system to ensure accuracy.
o Records all sales activities into CRM system accurately and timely.
- Any other duties assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $125,000.00 per year
