About the Role
- As a Financial Services Advisor, you will work directly with people, small business owners, families pursuing real dreams and facing real challenges as they prepare for long-term financial freedom. As a Financial Services Advisor you will be building a business that could help change people's lives for the better, with internal support and resources so you are not doing this alone or having to re-invent the wheel.

Responsibilities

• Establish networks and cultivate referrals
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients; retention is important.
• Provide financial solutions (Risk and Wealth Management) through fact gathering and needs analyses
• Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work, collaboration of teaming environments.

Qualifications
- Education details

• Legally authorized to work in the US, without sponsorship.
• College Degree
• Certifications or willing to obtain in 3months; L&H, SIE, S6, S7, S63, S65, S66 - etc. CFP

Required Skills

• A strong relationship builder with a focus on putting people first
• Ability to obtain appropriate licenses (Life, Health,7,66 or combination of)
• A connector of people, networking
• A dedicated worker: independent, self-motivated and goal oriented
• A gritty/hardworking and self-disciplinary

Pay range and compensation package
- A w2 and 1099; Performance based pay with Bonus/Incentives - revenue streams, monetary incentive match programs w/paid licensing incentive, and recognition conferences, with transitionary packages of internal investments.
