We believe movement changes everything. When done with precision, intention, and community, it becomes a way of life. Now we're looking for a driven, dynamic Studio Manager to lead with passion, grow our member base, and cultivate a studio environment that feels as empowering as it is elite.

The Role

The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio—driving growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, embraces accountability, and knows how to turn potential into performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth

  • Lead the studio's membership expansion through strategic outreach, in-studio tours, and community engagement.
  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial guests, and former members to convert interest into commitment.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly membership and revenue goals.
  • Master the art of consultative selling, building value, trust, and meaningful connections with every prospect.

Member Experience & Retention

  • Foster a studio culture rooted in excellence, inclusivity, and transformation.
  • Build genuine relationships with members: celebrating milestones, recognizing wins, and elevating the member experience.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies, referral programs, and member appreciation events.

Team Leadership & Recruitment

  • Recruit, train, and inspire Pilates Educators and Sales Associates who embody the Pilates Addiction standard.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and consistent sales results.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy environment where growth and accountability thrive.

Community Engagement

  • Build Pilates Addiction's presence within the Weston community through partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing.
  • Represent the brand at local happenings sharing the story, energy, and innovation that set Pilates Addiction apart.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within fitness, boutique studios, or other membership-based environments.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator skilled in building trust and overcoming objections.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to exceed goals and lead by example.
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily and managing leads through a CRM.
  • Strong leadership background with experience recruiting and managing teams.
  • Prior studio presale launch experience is a plus.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and wellness and a belief in the transformative power of movement.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for events or high-traffic times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
