Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer
with strong hands-on coding and debugging expertise to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role across the full solution lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key technical member for the
  development, implementation, and ongoing support
  of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Online) solutions.
• Design and develop
  custom Dynamics 365 components
  , including:
• Entity customizations
• Plug-in development
• Custom and out-of-the-box workflows
• Ribbon Workbench customizations
• Form customizations
• SSRS reports
• Security roles and configurations
• Provide technical expertise in
  identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions
  , including
  integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications
  .
• Lead and contribute to
  solution design, development standards, and best practices
  .
• Perform
  incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis
  for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support deployment activities and post-production stabilization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers when required.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards.
