We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, safety, and building strong teams. We're currently seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Grade Crews.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Equipment Operator involves operating various types of heavy machinery to assist in grading and site preparation for utility installation and roadways. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction site grading a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and motor graders.
• Perform grading tasks to prepare sites for utility installation and roadways.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Work closely with foreman and crew members to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to access military installations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.
• Familiarity with grading techniques and reading plans.
• Valid driver's license or ID required
• Strong work ethic and team oriented attitude

Schedule:

• 10 hour shifts
• Day shift
