Paint/ Abrade Technician- Night Shift

Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.

Position Overview 
We are seeking a Paint / Abrade Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role focuses on surface preparation, painting, and finishing of aerospace components. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a small team while operating painting robots and following standard programs. Prior experience in painting or surface finishing is valued but not required to be highly technical. 

This position is assigned to Shift 2-Nights: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. (4x10s). Depending on business needs, this role also has opportunities on: Shift 3- Weekends: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (3x12s).
