About the Role

Chow Tai Fook (CTF) is looking for a Sales Associate / Jewelry Advisor to join our team at Oakridge Mall.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for detail, and is interested in fine jewelry and gold products.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting clients with jewelry selection, and supporting daily store operations in a high-standard retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
• Assist customers with jewelry selection (gold, diamond, and fine jewelry)
• Explain product details, pricing, and after-sales services
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Support inventory checks and daily store operations
• Follow company policies and mall regulations

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (jewelry experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset)
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
