Innovative Smiles, a Dr. Marino & Associates practice is looking for skilled, compassionate dentist with a DDS or DMD license to practice in Ohio to join our state-of-the-art practice in University Heights, Ohio. With additional locations in Cuyahoga Falls, Akron and Chardon, and Cleveland Hts, our dentist-owned, family-operated private practices have been voted in 2025 as the Best of the Best #1 Dentist, Top Dentist in Akron Life Magazine and Cleveland Magazine, and a Nextdoor Neighborhood FAVES.

Our staff has served these metropolitan areas with quality dental care for over 30 years. Additionally, our practices have placed over 12,500 dental implants. We pride ourselves in providing our patients with the latest technologies for full mouth dental implant placement & restoration, Invisalign, orthodontics, digital radiography, CBCT scanner, paperless charts, EFDAs, on-site dental lab, and facial esthetics such as Botox & fillers.

Dentist Compensation

• Guaranteed daily $770 for 12 months
• Guaranteed minimum salary of $220, percent production
• Earning Potential $220,200-350,000 annually
• The dentist has NO Lab Fees
• Implant Placement Training with Thommen Medical
• Dentists must be licensed to practice in Ohio.
