Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Bakery Production Associate to join our growing team. This role is centered on the preparation and production of traditional Mexican baked goods, including pan dulce and other bakery items, in a high-volume production environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, consistency, and efficiency while supporting daily bakery operations.

This is a hands-on role that involves working with large dough mixers, handling heavy dough, and assisting in all stages of bakery production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of Mexican breads and baked goods according to established recipes and production standards
• Operate large commercial dough mixers, ovens, and bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle, lift, and transport heavy dough, ingredient bags, and bakery trays as part of daily production
• Assist with shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing bread products
• Package finished baked goods while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, equipment, and tools
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily quotas
• Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure consistency, quality, and timely output

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in bakery production, bread making, or food manufacturing preferred
• Experience working with Mexican breads or traditional pan dulce is a strong plus
• Ability to lift and carry heavy dough and equipment (physical role)
• Comfortable working with large mixers and bakery machinery
• Knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a production-driven environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy dough and bakery materials
• Ability to work in a warm bakery environment
