Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
