Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary team. This role is essential in providing excellent client service and supporting the medical needs of our animal patients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and have a genuine passion for animal care. Prior veterinary experience and familiarity with veterinary terminology are a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with appointment scheduling and check-in procedures
• Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide information about pet care services
• Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and aseptic according to safety standards

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Previous veterinary reception experience preferred; familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members

You will be the "face" of the clinic, the first person they see when they arrive and the last person they see before they leave. Warm and welcoming is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
