Location-Albuquerque, NM

Reports to: Senior Manager-Clinical Operations Status: Full- Time exempt

The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences and smooth daily operations across assigned clinic locations. This position is ideal for a clinically experienced leader who is passionate about developing teams, driving quality care, and making a direct impact on both patients and staff.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will partner closely with leadership and HR to support, guide, and grow high-performing clinical teams while ensuring clinics operate efficiently, safely, and at the highest standard of care.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, mentor, and support clinical staff to ensure competence, confidence, and continued professional growth
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement ongoing training and continuing education initiatives
  • Complete employee performance reviews and collaborate with HR on coaching and performance improvement plans
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered team culture

Clinic Operations & Staffing

  • Plan, assign, and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure optimal staffing and workflow
  • Create and manage clinic schedules, approve or deny time-off requests, and adjust coverage as needed
  • Step in to cover clinical shifts when staffing needs arise
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, supply par levels, and overall readiness

Quality, Communication & Patient Experience

  • Ensure assigned clinics consistently deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care
  • Run daily huddles and communicate key updates to clinic teams
  • Provide clinic-specific insights and feedback during staffing meetings
  • Conduct quality control reviews and track key performance indicators related to access, volume, revenue, and quality
  • Act as a patient advocate when needed and support timely responses to patient messages and inquiries
  • Drive and maintain high patient satisfaction

Collaboration & Leadership Support

  • Participate in interviews and hiring decisions alongside leadership
  • Provide consistent weekly reports and updates to leadership on clinic performance and goals
  • Model and reinforce the organization's CORE values in all interactions
  • Assist HR with tracking staff certifications and renewal requirements
  • Travel between clinic locations as needed to provide support and coverage

Education & Experience

  • Current State of New Mexico licensure as RN, EMT, MA, or other clinical license (preferred)
  • Healthcare experience required; outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
  • One year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of patient confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Ability to perform heavy work, including lifting and moving patients or equipment as needed
  • Willingness to travel between clinic locations to provide leadership support and coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
