Construction Laborer/Repairman

We're a local, family-owned construction company looking for a reliable repair/punchlist laborer to join our team. The work is hands-on, varied, and offers the opportunity to be part of a crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

What you'll do:

• Assist Job Supervisors
• Construction general labor work
• Minor electrical work
• Minor plumbing work
• Repairs: including drywall, framing, roofing, siding, windows & doors, trim, and trailers
• Trim labor / Trim carpentry
• Cabinet and countertop installation
• Demo work
• Job site clean-up
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Punchlist
• Final caulking
• Adjust interior and exterior doors
• Adjust cabinet doors

What we're looking for:

• Basic carpentry and construction knowledge
• Own basic construction tools
• Good overall physical condition (this is hands-on work)
• Dependable and willing to work as part of a team

Other Requirements:

• Pass a background check, drug screening, and back evaluation
• Agreement to "at-will" employment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
