About the Role

We're hiring a Part-Time Private Chef to support our weekly client meal services. This is not your average "meal prep" job—each week brings new menus, custom dietary needs, and detailed prep guides to follow. You'll work alongside a dedicated kitchen team in our Winter Park facility to create delicious, ready-to-eat meals for discerning clients.

This role is ideal for a chef with strong foundational skills who enjoys working in a high-standard, production-style kitchen—and who values consistency, organization, and wellness-driven cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals according to client-specific prep guides and dietary needs
  • Execute allergen modifications and presentation standards with accuracy
  • Package meals following established SOPs
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Participate in daily kitchen setup, production, and cleanup
  • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in a collaborative kitchen

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a commercial kitchen or private chef environment
  • Strong knife skills and ability to follow systems with accuracy
  • High attention to detail and time management
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Passion for health-forward food is a strong plus
  • Culinary degree or certification is a bonus but not required
  • Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Clean, professional attire required (black preferred)

Schedule

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
  • 6:50 AM – approximately 3:00 PM (or until production is complete)
  • Must be available all three days weekly

Compensation & Perks
