The Role
We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our growing organization. The role will report to the Supply Chain Manager.
Core Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage retail, wholesale, and EDI orders across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely system processing. Create SKUs at customers' platforms.
- Oversee daily ECOM fulfillment performance across warehouses to meet SLAs for speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate outbound shipping and freight (parcel, LTL, courier), track deliveries, and resolve exceptions.
- Investigate and resolve fulfillment issues including inventory discrepancies, picking/packing errors, and back orders.
- Track inbound shipments, prepare ASNs, coordinate warehouse receiving, and address discrepancies.
- Manage domestic and cross-border inventory transfers, including documentation, carrier coordination, and customs clearance.
- Monitor fulfillment KPIs and shipping costs, support reporting, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control spending.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to drive operational excellence.

- Relationship Management: Experience in developing & establishing strong working relationships.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively both internally across functions and externally with business partners.
- Strong Personal Drive: A self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems & identify gaps.
- Multi-Tasker: The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines on a daily or hourly basis in a fast-paced environment.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3~5 years of experience in warehousing and fulfilment related role in the Supply Chain world, preferably with a focus on demand planning, inventory management, and EDI order processing within both Retail (B2B) and ECOM (B2C) channels.
- Relevant post-secondary degree (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline) an asset
- Relevant credentials (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, SCMP) an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to be able to effectively analyze and manage large datasets, ability to prepare and maintain a demand planning model would be a bonus.
- Deep analytical mindset and problem-solving acumen.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring data consistency across teams (Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales).
- Exposure to cross-border shipping and customs documentation, and experience working with ERP, WMS, Shopify or similar systems.
- Must be able to work flexible hours from time to time to effectively coordinate with suppliers in different time zones.
