Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. They build lasting relationships, guide customers on best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

Service Advisors collaborate closely with our Sales team, Service Appointment Coordinator, and our skilled Technicians to deliver the outstanding service our customers have come to expect.

A new Service Advisor joining our team will receive comprehensive training on all processes, systems, and software used in the Service and Parts Departments.

Training includes:

• Learning how each dealership department works together in the service process

• Detailed coaching on the variety of parts and service tasks involved in the role

• Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced team members

Service Advisors are responsible for executing service processes with diligence, customer service, compliance, and safety in mind. You will provide each customer with a personalized service experience—earning their trust, loyalty, and continued business.

Hours of work: Primarily day shifts, with occasional evenings or weekends as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Automotive customer service experience is required

• Collaborative and professional team player

• Strong customer service background

• Excellent computer skills

• Highly detail-oriented

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
