We are seeking a dynamic technology leader to oversee the successful rollout and evolution of our new in-house Business Intelligence (BI) platform, designed to deliver actionable insights to all stakeholders. This executive will guide the team through design phases, implementation, and stakeholder adoption, ensuring the platform becomes a cornerstone of our digital transformation.

• Lead strategy and execution for BI platform deployment and continuous improvement.
  
• Drive stakeholder engagement and secure organizational buy-in.
  
• Oversee project milestones, team performance, and long-term success metrics.
  
• Oversee enterprise systems and identify opportunities for modernization.
  
• Implement cloud strategies to improve security, scalability, and version control.
  
• Lead internal training programs and change management initiatives.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on current and future software solutions.
  
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level technology initiatives.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence across the organization. 
  
• Background in BI systems and digital transformation preferred.
  

• Proven experience in building internal systems and rolling out training programs. 
  
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
