Dishwasher

Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club is looking for a dishwasher to work in our casual dining restaurant, open availability is preferred

Job Description:

· Maintain a clean kitchen and sparkling dishware

· Participate in daily kitchen and food prep

· Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards

· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

· Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures.

· Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management.

· Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups and glasses during service periods.

· Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket.

· Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.

· Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.

· Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.

· Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.

Must live within a commutable distance to Citrus County, be dependable, responsible and able to pass a background check.
