Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant Lead to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining efficient operations. Duties

• Lead and mentor the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including preparing patients for procedures and assisting during treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
• Utilize dental terminology effectively in communication with patients and staff.
• Implement aseptic techniques and four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Manage patient records using Eaglesoft software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct training sessions for new team members on clinical protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Skills

• Must have experience working as a Dental Assistant
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry principles and procedures.
• Proficient understanding of anatomy relevant to dental practices.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and clinic operations.
• Expertise in infection control measures within a dental setting.
• Ability to perform four-handed dentistry effectively.
• Competence in aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile work environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
