What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own the delivery of products and configured elements, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to clients
• Manage stakeholder expectations and satisfaction through effective risk management and product adoption
• Coordinate resources and deliverables across a cross-functional organization to meet commitments
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk logs with accuracy and timeliness
• Proactively identify risks and develop actionable mitigation plans

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in a project management function
• 3+ years of experience with the full product lifecycle and understanding of development methodologies
• Familiarity with SaaS software and ability to advise on industry standards for post-production support
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with experience presenting to stakeholders
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve objectives
