WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Lead & Inspire:
- Build and mentor a team of skilled, compassionate nurses who embody OhanaCare's mission.
- Create a positive, productive culture where accountability, excellence, and care thrive.
2. Ensure Quality Care:
- Oversee the clinical care provided to our patients, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that help our children thrive.
3. Stay 100% Compliant:
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including PPEC licensure requirements.
- Stay ahead of audits, inspections, and paperwork to keep operations running smoothly.
4. Build Systems That Scale:
- Streamline processes and create operational systems that make clinical care efficient and effective.
- Partner with leadership to support the growth and expansion of OhanaCare PPEC.
5. Be the Face of Clinical Excellence:
- Act as the primary clinical point of contact for families, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Represent OhanaCare with professionalism, warmth, and expertise.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) required.
- Licensure: Active Florida RN license in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in pediatric care, preferably in a PPEC or similar environment. Prior DON or leadership experience is a huge plus.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, maintain compliance, and build operational processes.

Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year
