RevOps Manager – Trades (Roofing / Field Service)

— Denver, CO (In-Person, Monday–Thursday)

Compensation: $125,000 base salary

Full-Time | W2 | RevOps, Field Operations, and GTM Systems

About

Forgeworks is a high-performance RevOps consultancy supporting high-growth B2B SaaS companies and Trades businesses across Roofing, HVAC, and Field Service. We architect revenue and operational systems that unify sales, production, scheduling, and customer management.

We work deeply in tools like Zuper, HubSpot, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro — integrating field-service workflows with modern GTM systems.

We're expanding our Trades pod and hiring an in-person RevOps Manager to support system execution for roofing and field service clients.

About the Role

The RevOps Manager – Trades is the technical builder and operational engine of the Trades pod. You will work closely with a RevOps Director, Project Manager, and Analyst to implement workflows, automations, processes, and reporting across CRM and FSM platforms.

This is a hands-on systems role focused on integrating and optimizing platforms used by roofing and home service companies. You will connect lead intake, estimating, production, job management, and revenue reporting to create visibility and efficiency across teams.

This is an in-person role Monday–Thursday (no Fridays).

What You'll Do

GTM + Field Operations Systems Execution

  • Build workflows that connect marketing → sales → estimating → production → invoicing.

  • Implement lifecycle processes, routing logic, and automation inside HubSpot.

  • Integrate HubSpot with Zuper or similar platforms.

  • Create standardized handoffs between sales reps, project managers, field techs, and finance.

RevOps Implementation

  • Optimize pipelines, stages, statuses, and reporting for roofing and field workflows.

  • Clean, structure, and validate CRM/FSM data for accurate forecasting and job costing.

  • Build dashboards for sales performance, lead ROI, production timelines, and revenue metrics.

  • Support field-service-specific integrations (jobs, schedules, materials, invoices).

Client Collaboration

  • Join weekly client calls with your Director and PM.

  • Gather requirements, provide recommendations, and present work clearly.

  • Ensure workflows reflect real-world field operations.

Technical + Pod Support

  • Collaborate daily with your pod to deliver high-quality system builds.

  • Maintain documentation, naming conventions, SOPs, and internal standards.

  • Support QA and troubleshoot CRM/FSM issues.

  • Work in person Monday–Thursday for high-performance collaboration.

What You Bring

Must-Have Strengths

  • Experience with roofing, HVAC, restoration, or field service operations.

  • Familiarity with JobNimbus, Zuper, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar FSM platforms.

  • Strong HubSpot skills: workflows, automation, lifecycle setup, reporting.

  • Understanding of field operations workflows: estimates, jobs, production, invoicing.

  • Ability to convert real-world processes into scalable CRM/FSM automations.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, in-person consulting environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • HubSpot custom objects

  • Clay automation

  • Zapier/Make integrations

  • Reporting for job costs, margins, or production capacity

  • Experience in consulting or multi-client environments
