If you are an experienced IT Professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you  Based in our East Wenatchee, WA location, you will provide leadership and support to our manufacturing facility.  The individual in this role will provide and implement technology solutions that move our business forward as we support customers in some of the most vital industries in the world.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and manage the IT Department.
  • Oversee and ensure the maintenance and optimization of hardware, software, networks and systems.
  • Implement IT policies and best practices for the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services.
  • Develop short range and long-range plans for the organization.
  • Responsible for Data Security and Business Recovery plans and execution.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to the organization.
  • Manage complex systems implementations and provide project leadership to other departments when required.
  • Member of the organization leadership team.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT Team for Measurement Solutions and Emerson.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or Business
  • Six (6) years of related experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States


  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with or knowledge of CMMC, CUI and ITAR.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the organization as well as within the larger corporate structure.

Our compensation philosophy is simple:  we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.  The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, ad experience each candidate brings to a role.
