Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Senior Power Platform and Copilot Studio Developer, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design applications or services within the organization using Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse, Power Platform Connectors
Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on defined specifications
Perform code reviews and provide peer coaching/guidance to other team members
Collaborate with teams of developers across multiple regions
Actively participate in team stand-ups
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed client and PwC's quality criteria
Proactively assist in assessing technology solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our application development lifecycle
Continuously improve internal development and design techniques and keep documentation up to date
Support and oversee intermediate developers
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Microsoft Power Platform Development Certifications
Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit for building scalable production grade agentic solutions
Minimum 1 year of experience with Copilot Studio solutions and 2–3 years developing Power Automate and/or Power Apps solutions
Experience with service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures
Proficiency with RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project and defect tracking tools
Understanding of UX principles: user stories, personas, and prototyping
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD (ADO or Git), and API-based integrations

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $148,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
