Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Assist with AP and AR
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or office assistant role preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
-Must be a notary public for use by the company. If not a notary, must obtain notary within 3 months of hire. Notary public status must be maintained during employment.
