Location: Remote (Maryland) with ability to conduct in-home client visits

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced, motivated Founding BCBA to help launch and lead our ABA program in Maryland. This is a unique opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up You will help in shaping clinical systems, influencing organizational culture, and setting the standard for high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about Maryland ABA guidelines, comfortable conducting in-home assessments, flexible in a start-up environment, and excited about both clinical work and program development. As our program grows, this role may also participate in community outreach and referral development.

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and complete reports in a timely manner
  • Provide case supervision at a minimum of 10% per week
  • Deliver monthly parent/caregiver training sessions
  • Support development of clinical processes and best-practice systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to uphold consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Maryland license
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
  • Strong understanding of ABA clinical and operational best practices
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice, HIPAA compliance, and evidence-based care
