Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of effective cleaning practices.

NOTE: THIS IS A PART TIME JOB. 1 DAY A WEEK FOR 2 HOURS. 8 HOURS A MONTH. ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRES PLEASE

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality.
• Execute commercial cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
• Assist with porter duties by managing waste disposal and maintaining outdoor areas.
• Engage in industrial cleaning practices to uphold safety and cleanliness standards in manufacturing or retail settings.
• Provide custodial services that include floor care such as buffing and waxing surfaces.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all cleaning tools are in good working condition.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in floor care methods, including buffing and waxing.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying cleaning needs.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
