Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Support medication administration under supervision and ensure proper documentation of all patient interactions.
• Provide specialized care for patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or behavioral health needs.
• Assist with medical procedures including catheter care, phlebotomy preparation, and basic life support when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in acute care, ICU, emergency medicine, post-acute care, and outpatient settings to deliver comprehensive patient service.
• Engage with patients across various age groups including pediatrics and geriatrics to promote comfort and well-being.
