Part-Time Personal Care Aide

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide exceptional support and assistance to our family member. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care in a private home setting. At this time we are looking for day shift applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor health by observing their physical and emotional conditions.
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist with mobility or transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored assistance that promotes independence.

Experience

• Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or home community care.
• Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and care plans is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges is essential.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• A compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills are vital for success in this role.

Qualifications
