Summary:

The Landscape Branch Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service to meet their needs and foster strong relationships. This focus will help ensure high customer retention and help the branch achieve its revenue goals. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be capable of effectively managing job sites, personnel, crews, and equipment.

Essential Function:

• Foster long-term relationships by regularly communicating with key clients.
• Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality.
• Ensure existing accounts are renewed each year
• Coordinate and manage client service teams
• Develop annual budgets
• Be fully responsible for the P&L of the branch
• Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all contracts are executed correctly
• Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets
• Identify staffing needs
• Monitor the branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices.
