The Opportunity

Join our Bedford, Nova Scotia laboratory as a Team Leader in our Metals Section. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, where you'll support our Supervisor/Manager in coordinating daily operations, mentoring analysts, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll be instrumental in keeping our laboratory running smoothly while developing your leadership capabilities alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

Who We're Looking For

• B.Sc., technical diploma, or equivalent experience in laboratory work
• 3–5 years of laboratory experience (metals/environmental testing preferred)
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of LIMS, laboratory processes, and automation
• Natural leader: Great communication skills, mentoring ability, and positive influence
• Problem-solver: Adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated in fast-paced environments
• Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
