Join our Bedford, Nova Scotia laboratory as a Team Leader in our Metals Section. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, where you'll support our Supervisor/Manager in coordinating daily operations, mentoring analysts, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll be instrumental in keeping our laboratory running smoothly while developing your leadership capabilities alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

- Drive excellence: Ensure quality standards, manage workflows, and solve complex technical challenges

Who We're Looking For
- B.Sc., technical diploma, or equivalent experience in laboratory work
- 3–5 years of laboratory experience (metals/environmental testing preferred)
- Strong technical foundation with knowledge of LIMS, laboratory processes, and automation
- Natural leader: Great communication skills, mentoring ability, and positive influence
- Problem-solver: Adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated in fast-paced environments
- Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
