Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, empathy for clients navigating challenging life transitions, and a commitment to excellence in legal practice.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina
• Minimum 3 years of legal and trial experience specifically in family law
• Demonstrated strong trial, negotiation, research, drafting, and communication skills
• Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and their staff
• Meticulous attention to applicable case law, local rules, and civil procedure
• Commitment to client-centered representation and ethical practice
