What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers of a major telecommunications company
- Educate and inform callers regarding debt and credit reporting details, taking necessary actions and documenting accounts
- Offer solutions and handle each customer case with care
- Provide education about consumer protection rights and best practices
- Maintain good public relations and adhere to company attendance and punctuality requirements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required
- Superb attendance to ensure customer support availability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Call Center or Collections experience preferred
- Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs efficiently
