(Memory Care Activities Assistant)

Allegro Parkland – Parkland, FL

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (weekends & some holidays required)

Pay: $17/hr

Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles

What You'll Do

As our Ensemble Lifestyle Assistant, you'll help bring the heartbeat of our community to life by:

• Assisting the Lifestyle Director in coordinating daily activities, seven days a week, for Memory Care residents
• Leading fun, engaging programs that promote socialization, physical activity, creativity, and overall well-being
• Helping prepare and distribute the monthly Lifestyle calendar
• Supporting and facilitating monthly resident council meetings
• Connecting with community groups, volunteers, entertainers, and local partners
• Scheduling transportation and — as needed — driving the company vehicle (field trip hero status unlocked)
• Learning each resident's preferences and tailoring activities that help them thrive
• Helping create an environment filled with warmth, dignity, purpose, and joy
• Supporting additional lifestyle initiatives as outlined in the full job description

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

• Creative, energetic, and excited to engage residents
• Compassionate and comfortable working with Memory Care residents
• Organized with strong communication skills
• Confident leading groups and trying new ideas
• Able to work Wednesday–Sunday schedule
• 21+ years old (required to drive community vehicles)
• Happy to work weekends and some holidays — because celebrations don't take days off

Experience in Memory Care, senior living, or activities programming is a bonus, but your heart, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
