Opportunity Awaits:
We're seeking full-time Clinical Supervisors who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or eligible to sit for the exam within the next two months. Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly work with children with autism using ABA/VB approach
  • Supervise staff implementing ABA programs
  • Conduct ABA language-based assessments
  • Develop ABA acquisition programs
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Train caregivers and staff
  • Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or eligible to sit for the exam
  • Minimum one year of supervised experience in ABA program development and implementation
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
