Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in cleaning, food preparation, and supporting culinary teams. Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and ready for guests
• Help with basic food handling responsibilities following safety and hygiene guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas throughout shifts
• Assist with catering setup and breakdown for events or banquets as needed
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation practices
• Support the culinary team with general kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations during service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food preparation, bussing, and cleaning procedures in a hospitality setting is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen staff and guests
• Basic understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Prior culinary or banquet experience is advantageous but not mandatory
