Technology Systems Specialist

Cleveland, OH | Full-Time | $65,000-$73,000

About the Company

We're a growing commercial glazing contractor based in Cleveland, specializing in storefront systems, curtainwall, aluminum entrances, and architectural glass. We're expanding into adjacent markets (sheet metal, metal panels, doors, hardware) and transforming how we operate through strategic technology adoption.

We're building a company that combines craftsmanship with modern systems. We believe technology should empower our team, eliminate friction, and enable profitable growth.

We're at an inflection point where operational capability meets opportunity—and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Opportunity: Build Your Career While Building Our Systems

We're hiring a Technology Systems Specialist to help architect, implement, and optimize the technology systems that will enable our next phase of growth. This is a foundational role at an early-career level—you'll work directly with ownership to develop expertise while making real impact from day one.

This role is designed for someone who's building their career. You don't need to be an expert yet. You need to be a learner, a builder, and someone who thrives in figuring things out. We'll invest in your development—you invest your curiosity and drive.

This isn't an IT help desk role. You won't be resetting passwords or troubleshooting printers (we have a 3rd party IT vendor for that). This is a business systems and technology implementation role where you'll:

  • Learn and master to make it the operating system for our entire company

  • Build workflow automations that eliminate manual busywork

  • Train our team to leverage AI tools for productivity gains

  • Organize our file systems and create scalable processes

  • Help develop custom applications that connect estimating to shop floor execution

Why This Role Could Be Your Launchpad

You'll have real impact.

Your work will directly save hundreds of hours, reduce errors, improve visibility, and enable growth. You'll see the results of your efforts every day. This isn't maintaining legacy systems—you're building something new.

You'll have room to grow.

This role has a clear growth path. Start as Technology Systems Specialist, develop expertise over 2-3 years, advance to Technology Systems Manager. Your compensation and responsibilities will grow as you develop.

You'll have real autonomy.

After initial training and development, you'll own execution. If you're someone who thrives with clarity of mission and freedom to figure out the path, this is your environment.
