About the Role

National Travel is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Office Manager to support the President & CEO, oversee general office operations, and provide HR support. This role combines executive assistant responsibilities, office management duties, and administrative support for human resources functions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, understands the importance of confidentiality, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working closely with executive leadership. Prior HR experience is preferred but not required.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the President & CEO
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive communications
  • Draft and edit high-level written communications on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and supporting documentation
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively coordinate resources, information, and follow-up
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and general workflow
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Support internal meetings, company functions, and administrative processes
  • Assist with policy adherence and general compliance functions

HR Support

  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee files
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Support compliance tasks, internal communications, and basic HR processes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information

QualificationsRequired:

  • 3+ years in administrative support, executive assistance, office management, or HR support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting executive-level correspondence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in document preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional demeanor, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • HR experience or familiarity with HR processes
  • Experience in a compliance-driven or regulated environment

Work Environment
