Employment Type: Full timeShift: Description: Position Purpose: Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab at St Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA. What you will do:
  • Maintains productivity levels, schedules staffing, serves as the point person for departmental recruitment and corrective action when necessary, and works with the department director on strategic planning initiatives
  • Also, This leader works closely with the cardiologists to identify opportunities for cost savings with products

What you will need:

  • Licensure /Certification/ Registration: RN ( Registered Nurse) , RRT (Respiratory Therapist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) is required.  Current BLS and ACLS thru American Heart Association is required.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Respiratory Program or Cardiovascular Program required.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in Cardiac Cath Lab required, with two years in a Leadership/Management role.  Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
