Warehouse Associate

Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Garner, NC (On-site, Full-time)

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Garner, NC facility. This role is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, receiving, inventory support, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and release orders accurately
• Process, package, and ship outgoing orders
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory
• Inspect materials and shipments for accuracy and damage
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, RF gun/tablet)
• Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse areas; follow all safety SOPs
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and management

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience (picking/packing, shipping, receiving, inventory)
• Experience with reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF guns preferred
• Ability to lift/move heavy products
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site Monday–Friday
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Inventory management or cycle count background
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
