Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and Members alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
Duties
· Assist with daily communication, including answering the phone, checking and following up with voicemails, and managing member inquiries.
· Ensure proper check-in procedures for all members and non-members entering the club
· Maintain accurate member records and assist with regular audits of membership information.
· Support guest reservations and ensure members on-site have valid bookings.
· Input member charges (food, apparel, etc.) and assist with billing support.
· Create flyers, menus, and other forms of communication for members.
· Help uphold club policies and assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized club
· Environment.

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
