Front End Loader Operator

Our Client, located in North Richmond, has an immediate need for a Night Shift 11PM to 7AM Licensed Loader Operator. This person must also have a valid BC Driver's License and a License to drive a Front End Loader - Road Ready.

This is outside work, in a Plastics Recyclables Facility working in a covered and uncovered open air environment. This is a shift from 11PM to 7AM Monday to Friday and starts immediately. Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Front End Loader Operator to join our client's location on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.

The ideal candidate will be licensed and have experience operating front end, road ready loaders and other heavy machinery, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment functions maintenance.

This role involves working on a consistent job site that recycles plastics that requires precise operation of heavy equipment. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient project completion while maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

• Operate front end loaders to move materials.
  
• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and other yard materials.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are met during all operations.
  
• Maintain a clean work area around the equipment to promote safety and efficiency on-site.
  
• Follow all safety guidelines related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols.
  

Experience

• Proven experience operating front end loaders.
  
• Experience with other equipment including a back hoe and forklift is an asset.
  
• A Valid Front End Loader Operator and a Valid BC Driver's License is required with at least 3 to 5 years of experience.
  
• Ability to work from 11PM to 7AM Monday to Friday
