The successful candidate will work closely with clinical leaders, frontline staff, and project teams to drive adoption, engagement, and sustainability of change initiatives
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management strategies to support healthcare transformation initiatives
Conduct organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses
Engage clinical leadership and frontline healthcare providers to support adoption of new processes
Design and implement change adoption and reinforcement plans
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with diverse stakeholder groups
Monitor, assess, and report on change impacts and outcomes
Support process redesign initiatives aimed at improving patient flow and system efficiency
Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and leaders throughout the change lifecycle
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Change Management certification (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources , or a related field
Training in Organizational Development or Coaching
years of experience in a change management role within project environments
8 years of experience performing organizational change management activities
5 years of experience in healthcare or public sector change initiatives
Experience supporting strategic-level healthcare service redesign
Experience analyzing and optimizing patient flow across multiple health centers
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
Proven experience leading or managing project teams
