Position Overview

A Server/Bartender at Brickshire Golf Club & Grille plays a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our members, guests, and visiting golfers. This position blends classic table service with bartending responsibilities, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, polished, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to members, guests, and visiting golfers
• Prepare and serve beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, and specialty drinks
• Take orders, deliver food, and maintain polished table service standards
• Ensure accuracy with POS transactions and member charges
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area
• Support private events, banquets, and busy service periods
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• Prior serving or bartending experience preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and hospitality skills
• Professional, polished demeanor with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Familiarity with club environments a plus but not required
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
• Reliable, team-oriented, and excited to contribute to Brickshire's growing culinary + beverage program
