Maid America Cleaning Services LLC

We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Driver with their own vehicle. This role involves performing cleaning duties at various locations while also utilizing your own vehicle for transportation between sites.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Execute thorough cleaning tasks according to established standards at assigned locations, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Transportation: Utilize your own vehicle to commute between cleaning sites efficiently and safely.
• Stocking supplies: Monitor cleaning supplies inventory at each location and inform management of any shortages or replenishment needs.
• Maintain cleanliness: Ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean and orderly at all times.
• Adherence to schedule: Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned cleaning and driving schedules.
• Vehicle maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of your vehicle, including regular servicing and cleanliness.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving and performing cleaning tasks.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle in good working condition with valid insurance.
• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of cleaning tasks and driving.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
