Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a Senior .Net Developer to join our team This role is 100% remote and candidates must be able to work PST or CST hours.

Overview

Oversees analyses of business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment and performs specialized or highly complex analyses. Serves as a subject matter expert and the liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel. Communicates with clients and appropriate personnel to define client business needs; leads the translation activities of technology requirements into business language, and facilitates client adoption of value-added business solutions.

Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, and design highly complex business processes, providing recommendations to improve and support business activities.
• Analyze and document complex business requirements and processes; construct conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
• Lead the creation of complex test case scenarios for testing and monitoring business applications to verify client requirements are incorporated into system design.
• Serve as a lead and provide input into the development and modification of systems to meet client needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients on larger accounts to gather and document requirements and explore complex solutions.
• Guide and support business analyst tasks within IT projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor less experienced personnel and provide technical reviews and inspections to verify implementation.
• Provide time estimates for project-related tasks.
• Create and maintain architecture for complex business process domains to align with organizational technology priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in business processes and business analysis.
• Experience working with interface points between information technology and functional groups within organizations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and re-engineering techniques.
• Working knowledge of computer programming concepts and coding languages such as .NET, SQL, and WCF.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical language into client-friendly language.
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly.
